I've always been a huge fan of Quantic Dream and David Cage games, I remember playing Fahrenheit upon release on the PS2 after borrowing it from a good friend of mine at the time and being amazed at the quick time events, the different choices and outcomes, it was incredibly ahead of its time in my opinion.
I set myself a challenge yesterday morning at 9:45am to see how quickly I could turn an environment around in Unreal engine using Marketplace assets and a blank scene. Here is the result, a reimagining of one of my favourite environments from the game... Docs Diner, total completion time from a blank scene to a fully fleshed out environment with lighting and post processing was little over an hour and a half. Was extremely good fun to challenge myself, and next I'd like to see how quickly I could do everything from scratch (My own assets, materials, lighting and post processing.)
