Little project I completed at 2:00am this morning using the new Blender version 2.91 and following a very out of date video from CG Geek, had to really scratch my head with a lot of things as the latest blender version removes a lot of the old tools or moves them to the stupidest places in the UI.
Little Shanghai rainy Road scene using a shanghai HDRi photo. The road texture I used is below too and a little snippet of how I set up the particle system for the rain using an icosphere and baking the simulation inside Blender itself. For the camera I used a focal length of 90mm with depth of field and for the post-processing effects I used High contrast colour management and some Aperture blades for an artifical and very subtle Bokeh effect on the outsides of the image.
